Petar Tsvetkov

Founder & CEO

Petar Tsvetkov is a psychologist and consultant working at the intersection of career development, education, and personal effectiveness.

His work focuses on how individuals navigate educational and career decisions, and how they develop the psychological and behavioral skills required to function effectively in complex and demanding environments. Drawing on expertise in psychology, psychotherapy, and organizational practice, he applies structured, evidence-informed approaches that go beyond surface-level career guidance.

Petar holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Psychology, alongside formal training in psychotherapy. This interdisciplinary background allows him to integrate clinical insight, academic rigor, and practical relevance in both research and applied work.

He has experience in clinical, research, and corporate environments, including work related to psychological assessment, counseling, and human resource processes such as selection, evaluation, and talent development. In parallel, he has a background in marketing, digital content creation, and team coordination.

In addition to his academic and consulting work, Petar is an author and co-author of scientific publications and actively participates in research and academic initiatives.


Through Dialectica Consulting, he applies these combined insights to practical contexts—helping students, young professionals, and organizations make informed decisions, develop key soft skills, and build clear and sustainable paths in education and career.

Boyan Dafov

Founder & CEO

Boyan Dafov is a researcher and consultant working at the intersection of philosophy,
psychology, mathematics and decision-making.

His work focuses on how individuals and organizations think, decide, and act in conditions of uncertainty, conflict, and complexity. Drawing on expertise in philosophy of logic, mathematics
psychology, and psychoanalytic theory, he develops structured approaches to reasoning that go beyond standard analytical models.

Boyan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Political
Management and Consulting, and is currently pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, as well as a PhD in Philosophy and Logic. This interdisciplinary background allows
him to bridge technical, human, and strategic perspectives in both research and practice.

He has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Sofia University, where he has led
seminars and supported courses in Mathematics, Logic, and Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty
of Mathematics and Informatics, as well as Logic, Continental Philosophy, Rhetorics, and
Communication at the Faculty of Philosophy.

In addition to his academic work, Boyan has research experience as part of the GATE Institute,
contributing to interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of data, technology, and society.

He also brings over three years of consulting experience in corporate and startup environments,
working on problems related to strategy, decision-making, and organizational thinking.

Through Dialectica Consulting, he applies these combined insights to practical
contexts—helping students, professionals, and organizations improve decision-making, clarify
strategic direction, and navigate complex problems with greater precision and confidence.
